Spiritual Growth

The bishop of Atlanta places a high priority on spiritual growth and established the Commission on Spiritual Growth early in his tenure. Its mission is to support the spiritual nurture of the people of the Diocese of Atlanta. Through a variety of initiatives the commission encourages and equips lay persons, clergy and parishes to engage in the ongoing discovery of God's presence in their lives and to lead others in deepening their relationship with God, neighbor, and creation.
